At this office,Top Alacant, you will be given the adress to the Altomar apartment, as well as other information within the reseptions opening hours. (Mon – Sat. from 09.30–14.00 in all periods. In June, July and August is the reception in addition open from 16:00-19:00. Please note that the reception is closed on Sundays, all year around) Look further down for arrival information, either outside the opening hours or on Sundays.
(The Altomar apartment where you are staying is located approximately 300-400 meters from the Top Alacant office)

Mon – Sat : 09.30–14.00 in all periods. In June, July and August is the reception in addition open from 16:00-19:00

Check-in at the reception:
In the periods 23.03.18 – 30.07.18 and 20.08.18 – 01.10.18:
Arrival and check-in every day (except Sunday) during reception’s opening hours.
In the period 30.07.18 – 20.08.18: The office is open only for check-in, between 16:00 and 19:00, on Saturdays

about obtaining the keys and other arrival routines.

Deposit: 100 Euro deposit must be submitted at check-in. Cash only. The deposit will be reimbursed at check-out, provided that the apartment is in the same condition as was upon arrival.

Arrival outside of reception’s opening hours:
For arrival to Altomar apartment outside of the reception’s opening hours at Top Alacant's office, you must retrieve the key at the petrol station "REPSOL".
“REPSOL” is situated ( se map under ) at the exit to Gran Alacant from national route N332 (Alicante-Cartagena). Documentation must be shown in order to receive the envelope with the apt. key and description of the venue at Altomar.
At check-in the NEXT day at Top Alacant’s office, one must pay 10 Euro cash, for the fee for the key distribution. (See map for Top Alacant and Repsol)

Driving Directions: From Valencia: Highway A7, towards Alicante/Murcia, exit #72, (Santa Pola / upon arrival at Alicante Airport, the drive starts from here) Thereafter follow national route N-332, towards Santa Pola/Cartagena. After approx. 7 km, EXIT Gran Alacant, at the petrol station REPSOL, across the bridge.

Distance from highway exit to Top Alacant’s office is approx. 14 km.
Distance from Alicante Airport to Top Alacant’s office is approx. 10 km.

Eventuelle mangler eller feil i leiligheten må meldes fra til resepsjonen så fort som mulig etter ankomst. Man kan bli gjort ansvarlig for disse. Dekningskostnadene vil i så fall bli trukket på depositumet som Velferdsavdelingen garanterer for.
